WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments made via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment, you are able to checkout as a guest.

We also accept cash payments if you visit our stall. To keep up to date on our future events and stalls, follow us on Instagram and Twitter. We will also RSVP events we will be attending on Fetlife too.
WHAT DOES THIS FLOGGER FEEL LIKE?
We do our best to describe each flogger accurately, in terms of 'feel'. We do this on the basis of material and weight as this will affect the general 'feel'. However, the specific 'feel' is extremely variable and based on the recipient and how it is used.
STINGY VS THUDDY: EXPLAINED
Sting is a piercing, cutting stripe of pain, a burning blaze of heat, largely felt in the surface of the skin. Sting is usually left by a fast blow with a small impact area. When marks are produced, they tend to be thin lines or welts to the skin. In patches it can leave a tingly sensitive sensation in its wake.

Thud is a deep, penetrating blow, felt deep in the muscle and flesh, less so in surface of the skin. Thud is made by a heavier toy, usually a slower moving blow with a wider impact area. When marks are produced, they tend to be larger pink, red, or bruised areas.
ABOUT OUR ROPE
It’s a synthetic bondage rope; this means it has a very different level of tooth to that of a natural fibre rope. It’s very smooth, with almost no tooth. Which means, a lot less friction, making it a slicker, faster rope.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ITEMS?
Yes and no. We can on occasion make custom orders. Although, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to fulfil your request. We are often able to make something similar to an item you have seen which we may have sold, rather than designing one from scratch. However, do not hesitate to get in touch if you have something specific in mind and we will see what we can do.

SUEDE VS LEATHER
Suede is inherently less resistant to UV light and also will tend to pick up dust and dirt more than grained leathers.

Typically, suede makes for a softer feel on impact. Leather can too but when it is more supple and soft to begin with. However, leather can also 'break in' meaning it will become softer and therefore less stingy over time. Whereas suede is more likely to maintain its original feel.

Despite all of this, natural materials can be all behave differently based on a variety of factors.
WHAT IS NUBUCK LEATHER?
Nubuck is top-grain cattle leather that has been sanded or buffed on the grain side, to give a slight nap of short protein fibres, producing a velvet-like surface. It is resistant to wear. Please note, oils may stain this material.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanged for custom or personalised items.

YES! But not everywhere by default the current list of countries we ship to are: UK, ROI, USA, Germany & Australia. If you would like us to ship to a country outside of this list get in touch with us here and we can send you a quote for what it would cost for us to ship to you.
