RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanged for custom or personalised items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 14 days via contact@whipsandsticks.co.uk

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as nipple clamps, rope, and other intimate items. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be noted in the item’s description.

To complete your return, please email contact@whipsandsticks.co.uk with details of the items you wish to return and your order number.

We attempt to describe ‘the feel’ of W&S products accurately. However, this is only our interpretation as other people may interpret it differently.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

Our current chosen courier is Royal Mail. Shipping costs are dependent on the total weight and size of items so do be aware that they will vary between items. Specific costs will be listed on each item. The main service we will use is Royal Mail Tracked 48.
